The topic of cultural appropriation has (organically) come of many times in the six months since we started our podcast, both among ourselves and with our guests. So we decided to have a broader discussion on this topic. Ursula Stephen is the owner of Ursula Stephen Salon in Brooklyn New York, as well as a renowned hairstylist whose client list includes Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, Chanel Iman and many more.

Alicia Yoon is the founder of Peach and Lily, a Korean Beauty retail site said to have started the Korean Beauty craze in the US. The business has now grown to include distribution and two retail locations in New York and California.
